What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For micro switches, trial orders of 500–1000 pcs are usually acceptable. For MCCBs, we accept mixed models starting from small quantities. Contact us with your target models for an exact MOQ.
How fast do you reply to inquiries?
We reply within 24 hours on business days with specifications, price and lead time. WhatsApp inquiries usually get a reply within hours.
Can you supply samples?
Yes. Samples are available for most standard models. Sample charges may apply and are typically refunded against your first bulk order.
Do you provide OEM / private label services?
Yes. NY MCCBs support full private labeling (your logo, packaging, manuals). ZHJ micro switches support custom actuators, terminals and cable assemblies. Regional exclusivity is available for qualified partners.
Which certifications do your products have?
MCCBs comply with IEC 60947-2 and carry CE marking. Micro switches are RoHS compliant with UL/CQC available on request. Certificates and test reports are shared with verified buyers.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer) is standard, usually 30% deposit with balance before shipment. L/C is available for larger orders. Talk to us about your preferred terms.
What are your shipping terms and lead times?
EXW / FOB / CIF / DDP are all available. Standard models ship in 7–15 days; OEM production takes 20–35 days depending on tooling and quantity. We ship to the Middle East, Europe and worldwide by sea, air or express.
Can you cross-reference other brands?
Yes. Send us the brand and part number (e.g. Omron, Honeywell, Cherry, CHINT, ABB, Schneider) and we will recommend the matching model from our range.
Do you offer warranty?
Standard warranty is 12 months from shipment for MCCBs and micro switches under normal operating conditions. Defective items are replaced or refunded after verification.
Can I visit your factory?
Yes, we welcome factory audits for the NY MCCB line. Video factory tours are available if you cannot travel.
