How fast do you reply to inquiries?
Most inquiries get a first reply within one business day. If your question needs model data or documents checked, the full answer can take a little longer.
Can you supply samples?
Yes. Samples are free of charge — you provide an international express shipping account (DHL, FedEx, UPS or similar) and we ship to it. Sample availability and delivery are arranged per model.
Do you provide OEM / private label services?
Private label and customization are available for selected products. The exact options depend on the model, quantity and technical feasibility — we review each project before confirming anything.
Which certifications do your products have?
That depends on the model. Send us the model and your destination requirement, and we will check the certificate holder, model scope, standard and validity before you order.
What payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are agreed in the quotation. They can vary with order value, destination and transaction history.
What are your shipping terms and lead times?
Typical production lead time is around 20 working days for standard models. Exact timing and shipping terms are quoted for the model, quantity and destination you specify.
Can you cross-reference other brands?
Yes. Send the reference part number and we will compare it with our range on ratings, dimensions, actuator or trip characteristics. Final suitability is checked against your application.
Do you offer warranty?
The warranty period and remedies are written into the quotation or order terms for the product you select.
Can I arrange a supplier or production-site visit?
We can look into arranging a visit — it depends on the project, the site owner's approval, scheduling and confidentiality. Contact us with the models and purpose of the visit.
